For a moment, Pagan had believed it to be a shooting star coming down in the night sky, until that star crashed into the forest. Her natural curiosity piqued, she delved into the woods to investigate, and she found a down spaceship on fire, its sole occupant still inside, unconscious and unable to escape under her own power.

The question of whether or not to rescue her never crossed Pagan's mind as she leapt onto the ship, using her hooded cloak to pry open the cockpit with her more-than-human strength, protecting her hands from the heated metal with the cloak. Pulling the fox-like alien from the ship, she carried her away from an almost certain doom. Pagan confirmed that she was indeed unconscious, seeing her chest rise and fall with every breath, hearing her heart beating with her enhanced hearing...

... but who was this interstellar traveler, this fox from the stars? And what would she do, how would she find a way off of Earth once she wakes up?

I doubt the novel would have Krystal in it though, since she is copyrighted by Nintendo and all that (I think Nintendo but still she is owned already). I am aware that she is quite popular in the Star Fox community, however.

Slippy's probably too busy talking to Solid Snake at the moment.

If you're wondering what I'm talking about...look up Snake's CODEC convos from Smash Bros. Brawl...specifically the one with Falco.

How did she use her hooded cloak to pry open the cockpit? THat's my only criteique! When will you post chapter 2?

She covered her hands with the cloak to protect them from the heated metal. While Pagan's wearing gloves, her fingers are still unprotected.

Also, I'm not gonna post Chapter 2 of Pagan. Chapter 1 was just a teaser; the full story will be in the novel I'm writing. :)
