When the Republic of Greater East Asia evacuated the Okishima Island School to set up this year's Battle Royale Program, they failed to notice a certain cat-girl cryptid who was sleeping soundly in a barn.
Awakened by the sound of gunfire and screams, Pagan quickly realizes what's happened and what part she must play as; a protector to the innocent junior high school students marked for death. And one of her greatest foes in these three days is the analytical, cold-blooded, seemingly unstoppable Kazuo Kiriyama. Can Pagan save these children from "The Untouchable's" unfeeling indiscriminating wrath? Or will she too become another one of his many victims? Battle Royale is created by Koushun Takami |
